Hillary Pearson (she/her/hers) is the Program Manager, Accessibility Services in the Office for Diversity, Literacy and Outreach Services (ODLOS), where she focuses on both internal support and resources for ALA’s accessibility strategy and external support for members and affiliates. Hillary is also a Co-Chair of the Cultural Access Collaborative Steering Committee, a nonprofit focused on helping cultural spaces across Illinois become more accessible to visitors with disabilities, and has presented and co-coordinated many Collab Professional Development workshops geared around patron experience and customer service practices.
