Rebecca Hass (she/her/hers)

Programming and Outreach Manager
Anne Arundel County Public Library

Rebecca Hass (she/her/hers) is the Programming and Outreach Manager for Anne Arundel County Public Library (AACPL). She served on their Workforce Quality and Diversity Committee and chaired for two years. Prior to AACPL, she served in librarianship and management with the Enoch Pratt Free Library. Rebecca has her MLIS from Dominican University in 2008, and Life and Engagement Coaching Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College in 2022. Rebecca integrates positive psychology practices with DEI approaches through her library and community engagement work with AACPL, and through her coaching and consulting business, Joy Work, LLC.
