Jenny E. Meslener

Lead, Social Sciences Team & Mason Square Library
George Mason University

Jenny Meslener currently serves as the Lead, Social Sciences Team and Mason Square Library at George Mason University. She is responsible for all operations of the branch campus library, and coordinates instruction, reference services, collections services and outreach provided by the Social and Behavioral Science librarians. In her current role, she is Chair of the Middle Management Advisory Council, is a member of Librarians’ Council and Faculty Senate. Jenny has presented at regional and national conferences and is a recipient of two national grants. Before stepping into her current role, Jenny served as the Director of the Library & Learning Commons at Garrett College, where she was active in student success and retention initiatives.
