Baltimore County Public Library

Alexandra Houff, has more than two decades in the technology sector. In her role as Digital Equity and Virtual Services Manager at Baltimore County Public Library, she has overseen a transformation of the department into one of the leading voices in the county's Digital Equity initiatives. In the past year the department has created a robust internet service lending program, helped the county distribute more than 2000 Chromebooks to eligible families, and increased the system's visibility on the topic of digital equity on the national stage.
