Mr. Labra is currently the Deputy Director of the Alexandria Library. He was an Area Manager for the Prince George's County Memorial library from 2011-2022 and a Branch Manager at the Alexandria Library from 1997-2011. He has a thorough understanding of public library planning and project management as well as extensive leadership and management experience.
