Emily Reed is a Reference and Instruction Librarian at Penn State Harrisburg. In this position, she coordinates library instruction and outreach to international students on the Harrisburg campus. She also is the liaison librarian to the School of Public Affairs and coordinates library instruction for first-year students. Her research interests include information literacy, deficit thinking, cultural capital, and international students.
