Shannon Schinagl is the Early Literacy Librarian at the Lancaster (City) Public Library. With over 20 years of experience as a public library children's librarian, Shannon has worked in municipal, county, state, and non-profit public libraries from coast to coast and border to border. In each locale, Shannon has sought to provide books that meet each community's needs.
