Devin Cowens (she/her) is co-chapter manager of Radical Adventure Riders, and is a connector, community organizer, event planner, and advocate for BIPOC folks in cycling. She launched RAR ATL in 2019 as WTF BX ATL and is currently a member of the RAR gravel team. She is a competing cyclist and ambassador for Velocio, SRAM, Industry Nine, and SunGod.
