Stacie Milburn, ABD, is a doctoral fellow and Ph.D. candidate at the University of North Texas. She is also an experienced K-12 public school librarian. Stacie Milburn's research interests are focused on special populations within the school library, such as English Language Learners and students who receive special education services.
